目的:探讨子宫平滑肌肿瘤的DNA含量及细胞周期时相。方法:应用流式细胞术测定18例子宫平滑肌底18例子宫富细胞平滑肌瘤、28例子宫平滑肌肉瘤石蜡包埋组织的DNA含量及细胞周期时相,并比较它们的差别。结果:子宫平滑肌瘤、富细胞平滑肌瘤、平滑肌肉瘤的DNA非整倍体率分别为0.28%、75%,子宫平滑肌瘤、富细胞平滑肌瘤的DNA指数(DI)、S期细胞比率(SPF)及增值指数(PI)比较,无统计学差异,但均明显低于平滑肌肉瘤。结果:流式细胞术从分子水平对子宫富细胞平滑肌瘤的良性性质估计提供一个依据。
Objective: To investigate the DNA content and cell cycle phases of uterine smooth muscle tumors. Methods: The DNA contents and cell cycle phases of 18 cases of uterine leucoma leiomyoma and 18 cases of uterine leiomyosarcoma were detected by flow cytometry in 18 cases of uterine smooth muscle, and their differences were compared. Results: DNA aneuploidy rate of uterine leiomyoma, leucomai leiomyoma and leiomyosarcoma were 0.28%, 75%, uterine leiomyoma, DNA rich sign of leiomyoma (DI), S There was no significant difference in SPF and PI, but both were significantly lower than that of leiomyosarcoma. Results: Flow cytometry provides a basis for estimating the benign nature of uterine leucoma leiomyomas at the molecular level.
