为优化我国电源结构,并利于扩大机电产品的出口,增强机械制造行业的国际竞争力,深入探讨了超临界压力锅炉的特点及国际上超临界技术的发展情况,根据我国国情提出1000MW级超临界压力锅炉受热面管型的选择应遵循既适宜变负荷运行且安全可靠经济,又便于安装检修的原则;锅炉受热面金属材料的选择应根据金属部件的工作环境及参数,选择可靠、经济的较高等级的金属材料;燃烧系统的选择应依据国内烟煤居多的现状选择安全经济环保的燃烧系统。对于蒸汽参数的选择应遵循在国际上既成熟可靠又先进经济的参数,以确保我国的电力装备制造水平达到国际先进水平。科学地指出了蒸汽参数25.0MPa/600℃/610℃或25.0MPa/600℃/600℃的垂直内螺纹管管屏超临界压力锅炉才是切实合理的选择。

The choice of steam parameters should follow the internationally mature and advanced economic parameters, to ensure that China’s power equipment manufacturing reached the international advanced level. It is scientifically pointed out that the vertical internal thread pipe screen supercritical pressure boiler with steam parameter of 25.0MPa / 600 ℃ / 610 ℃ or 25.0MPa / 600 ℃ / 600 ℃ is a reasonable choice.
