从水稻田间采集自然感染白僵菌的水稻二化螟僵虫,分离纯化菌株,进行不同菌株生物学特性指标比较以及在室内对水稻二化螟3龄幼虫进行毒力测定,从中筛选出生长性状优良、对水稻二化螟毒力较强的菌株HN1、YJ2。其产孢量分别为19.03×107个/cm2、17.30×107个/cm2;14 h萌发率分别为93.67%、91.08%;营养生长量分别为2.822 mm/d、2.748 mm/d;对水稻二化螟3龄幼虫的校正死亡率分别为97.33%、96.00%。HN1、YJ2菌株各项生物学特性指标均显著高于实验室原有保藏菌株(CK),具有很好的生防潜力。
In this study, we collected Beauveria bassiana from Beauveria bassiana from paddy field and isolated and purified the strains. The biological characteristics of different strains were compared and the virulence of the 3rd instar larvae of the stem borer was determined indoors.
