目前测定水中碘常常采用的饱和溴水氧化法缺点较多:当水样中含有铁和大量有机物时对测定有干扰,因反应是在加热条件下进行,不可避免地碘会有损失;使用离子选择电极法,有大量的氯离子和有机物存在时也有干扰。本文利用纸上层析方法与其干扰分离,同时使I~-变成I_2,低含量用纸色谱法测定,高含量用比色法测定。本文所采用的方法操作简单,干扰少,绝对检出下限低,方法的灵
