培育创新人才,是当代中国社会发展对教育的呼唤!在回应这种呼唤时,惯常的思维是:创新人才,应该怎样培养?相比之下,我们想问的问题是:创新人才,可以培养出来吗?我认为创新人才只能是自主成长起来的,而不是被刻意培养出来的!通俗一点说,创新人才是自己“冒”出来的,而不是被他人“养”出来的。既然创新人才是自己“冒”出来的,那么,他们的创新素养就需要不断敞现和生成,而不能按照固定的模式预定和塑造。我们应该致力于优化教育资源、采用新的教育方式,让学生内在的创新素养通过跟优质教育资源的交互作用而得以不断敞现和生成。对于上海交通大学附属中学来说,我们的使命就是不断探索促进创新人才不断成长的育人方式和创新人才早期成长的动力机制,更重要的是在全校范围内构建一种创新的文化。我们认为,任何人要进行主动的创新活动,显然需要拥有自由的心灵、自觉的追求、主动的探索。没有这样的前提条件,无论先天素质如何优良、环境资源多么优质、学习活动多么丰富,都难以出现有意义的自主创新行为,更难以产生有价值的创新成果。据此,我对创新人才培养形成了三点思考。
In order to cultivate innovative talents, it is the call of education for the development of contemporary China. In response to this call, the usual thinking is: how to cultivate innovative talents? In contrast, the question we want to ask is: Innovative talents can be cultivated Come out? I think innovative talent can only grow up on their own, rather than being deliberately trained out of the popular that innovation is their own “take ” out, rather than being . Since innovative talents come out as their own, their creative literacy needs to be continually exposed and generated rather than predetermined and shaped according to a fixed pattern. We should devote ourselves to optimizing educational resources and adopting new methods of education so as to enable students to continuously innovate and develop their inherent innovative qualities through interactions with quality education resources. For the Shanghai Jiaotong University Affiliated High School, our mission is to continuously explore ways to promote the growth of innovative talents and innovative ways to motivate the early growth of talented people, more importantly, within the framework of building an innovative culture. We think that anybody who wants to carry out active innovation activities obviously needs to have a free heart, a conscious pursuit and a proactive exploration. Without such preconditions, no matter how good the innate qualities, the excellent quality of environmental resources, and the abundance of learning activities, it is difficult to have meaningful independent innovation behavior and it is even more difficult to produce valuable innovations. Accordingly, I formed a three-point thinking on the cultivation of innovative talents.
