组胺球蛋白(Histaglobine)治疗慢性荨麻疹、湿疹等,迄今国内外仅见零散报道,应用不广,由于临床上查明致敏源常有困难,投予抗组胺药等,仅对部分病人有效。因此针对发病机理,探讨有效药物十分必要。本文治疗78例取得较好疗效,介绍如下。 一、药物组成、适应证及禁忌证 本剂主要成分:(一)丙种球蛋白12毫克;(二)盐酸组织胺的含量,因各国使用剂量不一致。本文选了两组;A组每支含0.15微克;B组含0.15毫
