利用汞在线分析仪及Ontario Hydro方法详细研究了铁酸锌及其改性吸附剂在氮气和模拟煤气气氛下对汞的吸附作用,结果表明:气化温度为550℃时掺杂14.2%TiO_2的改性吸附剂对汞的吸附作用较好,吸附极限较大,持续时间较长;吸附剂在模拟煤气气氛下对汞的吸附作用较强,掺杂14.2%TiO_2的改性吸附剂在模拟煤气气氛下30min内的脱汞效率达90%,但在氮气气氛下脱汞率较低,四种不同掺杂量的吸附剂在模拟煤气下脱汞效率均比氮气气氛下高20%左右;吸附剂的最佳处理温度为800℃。
Using mercury on-line analyzer and Ontario Hydro method, the adsorption of mercury on zinc ferrite and its modified adsorbents under nitrogen and simulated gas atmospheres was studied in detail. The results show that when the gasification temperature is 550 ℃, 14.2% TiO_2 The modified adsorbent had better mercury adsorption, larger adsorption limit and longer duration. The adsorbent had stronger mercury adsorption in the simulated gas atmosphere.
