劳锅局字[1990]31号各省、自治区、直辖市劳动厅(局),计划单夕I沛劳动局,各有关锅炉压力容器检验所,各有关部门、单位:自一九八八年十月在大连市召开全国第一次锅炉压力容器安全技术学术会议以来,我国锅炉压力容器的安全监察、检验、管理工作和科学技术研究有了很大发展,取得f明显的进步。为了加强学术交流,进一步促进锅炉压力容器安全技术的研究与发展,充分发挥科学技术在锅炉压力容器安全工作中的先导和促进作用,经研究,拟在一九九一年一月召开全国第二次锅炉压力容器
