(一九九○年四月十六日)各位代表:我受中国锅炉压力容器检验协会筹备组资格审查委员会的委托,向大会作协会第一批会员资格的审查报告,请予审议。协会筹备组十分重视发展会员的工作,会员的发展工作,既体现协会的实力,又标志协会的高质量、高水平。为做好协会第一批会员的发展工作,协会筹备组设立了资格审查委员会。协会的第一批会员条件按如下考虑:凡经省级以上锅炉压力容器安全监察机构认可、人数在15人以上、工程师4人以上的检验单位,向协会申请,可以加入本协会,为第一批团体会员。凡持有工程师以上技术职称证书和省级锅炉压力容器安全监察机构颁发的检验员证书的个人,向协会
