The four points of the application of the score are parts of mathematics that are often difficult for students. Some questions are limited to students’ ability to think and cannot find solutions. However, if we change the form of the original question and change one statement, students may understand it quickly. Example 1. “After water freezes, the volume increases by 1/(11) of the original business. If the volume is 1.68 liters of ice cubes that melt into water, what is the volume of water?” Students often miscalculate the equation to 1.68÷ (1 —1/(11)). When explaining the topic, besides emphasizing that students recognize that ice is a fraction of what water is, and that water is a fraction of what it is, the topic can be changed into the following statement: “When water freezes, the volume increases by 1/1/ (11) Assume that there are a number of 1.68 liters of water after freezing.
