饲料的加工调制,是池塘养鱼的重要环节。稻草和麦秸、豆秸以及“三水”植物(水花生、水葫芦、水浮莲)等。一般都认为营养价值低,根本不能作为鱼类的饲料,但经过粉碎,碱化或发酵处理,即变成了鱼类的良好饲料,提高了饲料的适口性,消化率和营养价值。因此,加强饲料投喂前的调制,是提高饲料营养价值,“以粗代精”“精料细喂”的必要措施,也是广辟饲料来源,加速渔业发展的重要途径。
