目的建立一种快速、灵敏、准确的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定陶瓷制食具容器中铅、镉的方法。方法用4%(v/v)乙酸溶液对样品进行浸泡,取一定体积浸泡液进样,用AA-220Z石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪,加入基体改进剂磷酸二氢铵,利用仪器全自动进样系统测定。结果方法的检出限为铅:1.5μg/L、镉:0.04μg/L,相对标准偏差为铅3.0%、镉2.4%,样品的回收率为铅:90%~110%、镉:93%~107%。结论构建方法用于陶瓷制食具容器中铅、镉的方法测定获得满意的结果。
Objective To establish a rapid, sensitive and accurate method for the determination of lead and cadmium in ceramic food containers by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The sample was immersed in 4% (v / v) acetic acid solution, and a certain volume of immersion liquid was sampled. The AA-220Z graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer was used. The matrix modifier ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was added. Determination. Results The limits of detection were 1.5μg / L for lead and 0.04μg / L for cadmium. The relative standard deviations were 3.0% for lead and 2.4% for cadmium. The recoveries for the samples ranged from 90% to 110% for lead and 93% for cadmium. ~ 107%. Conclusion The method for the determination of lead and cadmium in ceramic food containers with satisfactory results was obtained.
