Twenty-seven young people came to Hainan Yingjialing Nature Reserve one after another from all parts of the country to stay away from the bustling and far away from their loved ones. In a difficult environment, they committed themselves to the cause of rainforest protection. They took root in grassroots work, started their own businesses hard, made loneliness and dedication deservedly reported by the media. After their official commendation, they have aroused strong repercussions in the society. The province is setting off an upsurge of “learning advanced and seemingly moving.” 27 young people, are well educated, vibrant, young and promising, proud of the times. From a secular point of view, they are looking for a well-paid job to get out of the bustle of the city to the inner courtyard of a tall building, be an enviable white collar and live a romantic, petty bourgeoisie life.
