快速付里叶变换(FFT)多功能分析仪可对确定性信号、瞬态信号以及平稳随机信号进行幅值频谱、相位频谱、倒频谱(Cepstrum)自相关函数、概率密度以及频率细化(Zoom)分析。该分析仪采用十六位微处理机(8086 CPU)和16×16位高速硬件乘法器(FDC-1010J)为核心设计专用微机系统,软件采用基2实数据高效FFT 算法,分析1024点数据仅需200ms,达到了较快的速度。此外,还采用频率细化技术 Zoom FFT 实现了10倍的频率细化分析,有效地改善了频率分辩率。该仪器具有较好的实用价值。
