患者女,18岁。因上腹不适,恶心呕吐5天入院。3天前在某上级医院行胃镜检查诊为胆汁反流性胃炎,门诊以急性胃炎收住院。查体:T37.1℃,Bp115/70mmHg。除上腹部轻压痛外,未发现其余异常。实验室检查:ALT11U/L,AST15U/L,γ-GT14U/L,ALP90U/L,BS3.79mmol/L,BUN5.26mmol/L,K~+4.69mmol/L,Na~+138.7mmol/L,Cl~-104.4mmol/L,CO_2-CP23.00mmol/L。尿常规正常,尿HCG阴性。血常规
Patient female, 18 years old.
