本文报道47例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者心脏受累的彩色多普勒超声心动图结果。主要发现1.多数患者有心包积液(42.6％)。2.瓣膜返流发生率较高(51.1％)。3.部份患者房室扩大(19.1％)及心肌病变(14.9％)。4.左室顺应性减退亦较多见(31.9％)。提示彩超在SLE累及心脏的早期诊断方面有一定的辅助作用。
This paper reports the results of color Doppler echocardiography in 47 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Major findings 1. Most patients had pericardial effusion (42.6%). 2. The incidence of valve regurgitation was higher (51.1%). 3. Some patients with atrioventricular enlargement (19.1%) and myocardial lesions (14.9%). Left ventricular compliance was also more common (31.9%). Tip color Doppler ultrasound involved in the early diagnosis of heart has some auxiliary role.
