我部印发全国信息产业开展′９９ 质量月活动意见的通知本刊讯 ９ 月１４ 日，信息产业部办公厅以信办〔１９９９〕７３ 号文发出《关于印发全国信息产业开展′９９ 质量月活动意见的通知》。通知称，根据中共中央宣传部、国家经贸委、国家质量技术监督局、中华全国总工会、共青团中央等五部门联合印发的《关于在全国范围内开展′９９ 质量月活动的通知》要求，结合我部情况， 研究决定在全国信息产业开展′９９ 质量月活动。该项活动分别由部电信管理局和中国电子质量管理协会组织实施。通知同时下发了《′９９ 电信服务质量月活动计划》和《关于开展全国电子信息产品“′９９ 质量月”活动的意见》。
