牙周组织病是一种多发病和常见病,在我国成年人群中患病者约占50％。自1997年6月至1998年2月,笔者自制甲硝唑(Metronidazole,MTZ)棉剂,治疗并观察该类疾病患者36例,均取得满意疗效,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组36例均为门诊病人,全部完成跟踪随访。其中男21例,女15例,年龄16～68岁,平均43.1岁。分别为单纯性龈炎9例,溃疡性龈炎5例,牙周炎11例,冠周炎7例,化脓性牙周膜炎4例。 2 材料与方法 2.1 MTZ棉剂的处方、制备及用法:甲硝唑(Metronidazole)4.2g,甲醇(Methanol,化学试剂)50mL,丙酮
Periodontal disease is a frequently-occurring and common disease that affects about 50% of our adult population. From June 1997 to February 1998, the author self-made metronidazole (MTZ) cotton, the treatment and observation of 36 patients with such diseases, have achieved satisfactory results, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 36 patients in this group are outpatients, all completed follow-up. Including 21 males and 15 females, aged 16 to 68 years, mean 43.1 years.
