农业在中国发展中始终占据着不可动摇的地位,农业作为国民经济的命脉,土地问题则是农业问题的核心。农民是无产阶级最可靠的同盟军,而且是中国革命的主力军;中国革命的成败,和农民有直接关系。中国共产党自成立以来,从未停息对农民土地问题的探析。过去,中国共产党以马克思主义思想为指导,制定的土地政策符合时代发展的需要,为新中国的成立以及社会主义现代化的建设提供有力的重要保障。
Agriculture has always occupied an unshakable position in the development of China. As the lifeblood of the national economy, agriculture is the core of agriculture. Peasants are the most reliable allied forces of the proletariat and the main force of the Chinese revolution. The success or failure of the Chinese revolution is directly related to the peasants. Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, the peasants’ land problem has never stopped. In the past, under the guidance of Marxism, the CPC formulated the land policy in line with the needs of the development of the times and provided a powerful guarantee for the establishment of the People’s Republic of China and for the socialist modernization.
