作者应用类似人胰淀粉酶抗体通过免疫过氧物酶方法首次证明子宫内膜癌中淀粉酶活性。方法是取100例子宫内膜癌标本以甲醛固定,石腊包埋,连续切片,常规用苏木精-伊红及PAS染色,并在pH2.5的阿尔新兰将酸性和中性粘蛋白染色。经过氧物酶-抗过氧物酶(PAP)方法检查其淀粉酶活性。结果100例子宫内膜中有12例观察到有淀粉酶反应细胞:系63例子宫内膜样癌中8例,7例乳头
The authors apply similar human pancreatic amylase antibody to demonstrate the amylase activity in endometrial cancer by means of immunoperoxidase. Method is to take 100 cases of endometrial cancer specimens fixed with formaldehyde, embedded in paraffin, serial sections, routine hematoxylin-eosin and PAS staining, and pH2.5 of alginate acidic and neutral mucin dyeing. Amylase activity was examined by the enzyme oxygenase-anti-peroxidase (PAP) method. Results Amylase-reactive cells were observed in 12 out of 100 cases of endometrium: in 63 cases of endometrioid carcinoma in 8 cases and in 7 cases of nipple
