政府购买公共文化艺术服务已逐渐成为提高我国公共文化艺术服务水平的重要途径。文章首先讨论政府购买公共文化艺术服务的理论逻辑起点,然后分析了现行政府购买公共文化艺术服务模式存在的困境,并在此基础上提出完善政府购买公共文化艺术服务的路径。
The government’s purchase of public cultural and art services has gradually become an important way to improve the service level of public culture and the arts in our country. The article first discusses the theoretical logic starting point for the government to purchase public culture and art services, and then analyzes the current predicament of government purchasing public culture and art service modes. On this basis, it puts forward the ways of improving the government’s purchase of public culture and arts services.
