齿轮是风力涡轮机中最重要的组件之一,在起重机在所有齿轮的生产阶段和工作平台中都起到了很重要的作用。全球对有关气候变暖、限制CO_2排放的争论以及对可再生能源的偏爱使得风能日渐成为主要发展的新能源之一。作为世界上最大的风电齿轮箱生产商之一,Moventas(美闻达)公司在芬兰中南部城市Ikola新建的工厂是最新技术、最高度自动化和高效生产流程的一个典范。在这一整洁干净的工厂参观过之后,任何对机械工程行业的传统观念都会一扫而去,所能听到的最大声音是AGV导引车在工厂周围运输货物时发出的警告信号。
Gears are one of the most important components in wind turbines, and cranes play an important role in all gear production stages and work platforms. The global debate over climate warming, limiting CO 2 emissions and the preference for renewable energy have made wind energy one of the major new sources of development. As one of the world’s largest producers of wind turbine gearboxes, Moventas’ new plant in Ikola, in the south-central part of Finland, is a model for the latest technology, the highest degree of automation and efficient production processes. After this neat and clean factory visited, any traditional concept of mechanical engineering industry will be swept away. The loudest voice that can be heard is the warning signal issued by AGV guide car when transporting goods around the factory.
