全国人大常委会副委员长、中国科学院院长、中国机械工程学会理事长路甬祥在“从制造到创造——装备制造业专家论坛”上指出:发展战略性新兴产业,必须选择正确的方向,要选择具有市场前景、资源能耗低、带动系数大、就业机会多、综合效益好的产业。发展战略性新兴产业,必须掌握核心关键技术,而绿色、智能制造与战略性新兴产业密不可分,智能制造又是发展战略性新兴产业的重要支撑。
