采用可编程控制器(PLC)对TPX619卧式数显镗床的电气控制系统进行改造,给出了改造后的电气控制电路及程序设计梯形图,改造后机床运行稳定,降低了故障率,提高了生产效率。
The programmable logic controller (PLC) was used to rebuild the electrical control system of TPX619 horizontal digital boring machine. The modified electrical control circuit and program design ladder diagram were given. After the transformation, the machine tool ran steadily, the failure rate was improved and the Productivity.
