检查发现某辆叉车柴油机润滑油量不足,加注机油后整车不易启动,推动启动后,曲轴箱通风空气滤清器孔向外大量喷洒机油,消声器也向外大量排冒浓白烟气。用机油标尺检查显示,油底壳中机油量不足。经过拆检,发现进排气支管、气道及气缸内各零件表面都有大量油迹,油底壳中充满机油,说明机油加注过多。经分析,机油加注过多,阻力过大,使得曲轴转动无力,不易着车;柴油机启动后油底壳中的机油被曲轴等甩溅到曲轴箱各处,进而通过曲轴箱通风空气滤清器孔向外喷洒,并通过气门室蒸汽通气管、进气支管等进入气缸,过量机油不能完全燃烧,形成白烟;机油标尺不能如实反映油底壳中机油液面高度是机油标尺管被碰击凹瘪,管壁贴死所致。
