1.何谓有价证券说起证券,我们并不陌生,马上就会想到粮票、油票等票券。至于什么是有价证券,可能大多数人并不真正了解。其实,像粮票、油票之类属于无价证券。从一般意义上说,证券更多是指有价证券,即具有价值、可以在市场上交易的证券。有价证券包括三类,商品证券、货币证券及资本证券。商品证券是表示商品所有权的证券,如提货单、仓库栈等;货币证券是可以用来代替货币使用的证券,如支票、汇票等;我们通常所说的“有价证券”主要指第三种——资本证券,即表示投资者对收益请求权利的证券,包括股票和债券两种。
