一、引言人的群体,是为达到一定目的而进行有组织活动的团体,其结构是否合理,直接关系到群体活动的效能。我们在进行劳动优化组合时实施双向选择,就是为了优化群体结构,使群体的整体功能得到充分发挥,但由于在实际操作中尚缺乏科学性和系统性,往往达不到理想的效果。笔者认为,运用系统方法,才有可能科学地进行群体结构的优化。我们知道,群体是一个多因素、多层次的人造系统,是由许多相互作用、相互依存的要素组成的有机整体,要使它形成优良的结构,仅靠实施简单的双向选择显然是难以实现的。必须将优化方法建立在对
I. INTRODUCTION The group of people is a group that organizes activities to achieve a certain purpose.
