目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定人工沉香中白木香酸含量的方法,研究其白木香酸与浸出物含量之间的相关性。方法:按2015年版《中国药典》一部进行醇溶性浸出物的含量测定;采用CNW Athena C18-WP色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(40∶60),流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长217 nm,柱温35℃。结果:白木香酸线性范围0.24~24 mg·L-1(r=0.999 7),精密度(RSD)0.4%,24 h内稳定性RSD 0.9%,白木香酸的平均质量分数为27.86μg·g-1,平均回收率96.4%,RSD 2.8%。结论:高效液相法可准确测定人工沉香中白木香酸的含量,所选结香方式中综合法的白木香酸平均含量最高,且白木香酸的含量随着浸出物含量的增加而增加,结合白木香酸与浸出物含量的相关性,可为人工沉香的质量评价提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of leucoic acid in artificial agar by HPLC, and to study the correlation between lemongrass and leachate content. Methods: The content of alcohol-soluble extract was determined according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (40:60, 4.6 mm × 250 mm, ), Flow rate 1.0 m L · min-1, detection wavelength 217 nm, column temperature 35 ℃. Results: The linear range of white wood acid was 0.24-24 mg · L-1 (r = 0.999 7), precision (RSD) was 0.4%, RSD was 0.9% within 24 h and the average content of white wood acid was 27.86 μg · g-1, the average recovery rate of 96.4%, RSD 2.8%. Conclusion: HPLC method can be used to accurately determine the content of lemongrall in artificial incense. The average content of leucopenic acid is the highest in the selected method of rosin, and the content of lemongrass acid increases with the content of leached matter. Combining the correlation between the content of lemongrass acid and the content of leachate, it can provide the basis for the quality evaluation of artificial rosin.
