测定了球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株在3.6×105~3.6×108个/mL共4个质量浓度下对西花蓟马成虫和若虫的毒力.结果表明:球孢白僵菌MZ050724菌株对西花蓟马成虫和若虫具有较高毒力,成虫的最高死亡率达(87.21±5.50)%,若虫的最高死亡率达(93.13±3.40)%;成虫的致死中时间为(4.84±0.159)d,若虫的致死中时间为(5.00±0.18)d.随着施药时间的增加,成虫的致死中质量浓度为(1.719±0.075)×104个/mL,若虫的致死中质量浓度为(1.067±0.154)×105个/mL.
