党的十八届五中全会鲜明地提出了创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大理念,集中反映了我们党对经济社会发展规律的深化,创造性地回答了新形势下要实现什么样的发展、怎样实现发展的重大问题,是当前和今后一个时期我国经济社会发展的总要求和总遵循。实现“十三五”河北林业发展目标,必须牢固树立看齐意识,把五大发展理念作为林业工作的指导思想,作为推进林业发展的实践指南,善学善用、深学笃行,贯彻到林业改革发展的各个环节,全面开创林业现代化建设新局面。

To achieve the goal of “13th Five-Year Plan” for Hebei’s forestry development, we must firmly establish a sense of alignment and regard the five major development concepts as the guiding ideology of forestry work as a practical guide for promoting forestry development. Reform and development of all sectors, and comprehensively create a new situation in forestry modernization.
