王立正,河南封丘县人,1963年12月生,中共党员,高级工程师,省水利学会理事。1983年7月毕业于郑州工学院水工建筑专业,工学学士,同年参加工作。1995年后担任人民胜利渠管理局副总工程师、总工程师,2001年1月至今任人民胜利渠管理局副局长。王立正参加工作以来,在思想和行动上始终和党中央保持一致,用实际行动带动职工弘扬正气,抵制不正之风,倡导真善美,摒弃假恶丑。不断加强党性锻炼,认真履行党员义务,起到了共产党员的模范带头作用,连续被评为优秀共产党员。
Wang Lizheng, Henan Fengqiu County, born in December 1963, member of the Communist Party of China, senior engineer, director of the Provincial Institute of Water Resources. July 1983 graduated from Zhengzhou Institute of Hydraulic Architecture, Bachelor of Engineering, the same year to participate in the work. Since 1995, he has served as deputy chief engineer and chief engineer of the People’s Victory Canal Management Bureau. Since January 2001, he has been the deputy director of the People’s Victory Canal Management Bureau. Since he took part in the work, Wang Lizheng has consistently adhered to the party Central Committee in his thinking and actions. He has used his actual actions to promote the development of his employees, resist unhealthy tendencies, advocate truth, goodness and beauty and discard fake and evil. We must continue to strengthen the training of the party spirit and conscientiously fulfill the obligation of party members. They have played an exemplary leading role among party members and been consistently rated as outstanding communists.
