过去,我班设置有“光荣簿”和“中队日记”等,作为推动集体前进的工具。本学期我们又向前发展了一步,改用记载“班队历史”来推动集体前进。平日,在阅读马卡连柯的著作中,我对教育家关于建立传统进行教育的理论很感兴趣,并想在班队工作中试着建立一些传统;同时,近年来,在祖国大跃进的形势中,在文艺创作中出现了许多象“工厂史”“公社史”之类的创作,也给了我很大启示,于是,我根据我班和中队的特点,决定建立记载“班队历史”的传统。
