一、设计概况 (一)直线试验墩的设计、在荷载方面如活载等级、制动力率等,基本均按59年桥规办理,仅仅对风力强度作了改变。我们认为59年桥规所规定的风力强度是偏大的,其理由是: 1. 基本风压强度所采用的重现期(百年一遇)太小,因为风力主要是作为附加荷载列入桥墩设计的外力组合的,当列车在桥上某一特定位置制动时适逢百年一遇大风,这种组合的机遇太少。 2. 桥规对全国风压强度,规定过死,不能适合我国广大地区的实际情况,而标准图又采用了最高风压进行设计,在大多数地区形成标准偏高。

We think the wind strength required by the 59-year bridge gauge is too large for the following reasons: 1.
