针对PZS-1型盘式刹车自动送钻系统存在安全性不足的状况,提出在该系统中增加对卡钻、断钻柱和转盘功率超限等常见事故的监控功能,即能预测与识别这些事故。在分析事故监控原理的基础上,设计出用C语言编程的盘式刹车自动送钻系统安全监控的总体软件,主要包括主程序和若干子程序:采样子程序、滤波子程序、卡钻监控子程序、断钻柱监控于程序、转盘功率监控子程序等。计算机仿真实验的结果表明,所提出的方法和软、硬件设计方案合理可行,对现有盘式刹车自动送钻系统的进一步完善具有重要意义。
Aiming at the insufficiency of security in PZS-1 disc brake automatic drilling system, it is proposed to increase the monitoring function of common accidents such as stuck drill, broken drill string and turntable power over limit in the system, that is to predict and recognize these ACCIDENT. On the basis of analyzing the principle of accident monitoring, this paper designs the overall software of safety monitoring of disk brake automatic drilling system programmed with C language, including main program and several subroutines: sampling subroutine, filtering subroutine, Program, off drill string monitoring program, turntable power monitoring subroutine. Computer simulation results show that the proposed method and software and hardware design is reasonable and feasible, which is of great significance to the further improvement of the existing disc brakes automatic drilling system.
