在车身前围骨架结构方面,主要是上内板对车身骨架刚度、振动特性影响较大,对操纵方便性及安全性也有一些影响;下面就前围骨架的构造及其附装部件的刚度等因素对汽车车身弯曲刚度、扭转刚度、振动及行驶安全性(如撞车时转向盘后突量)的影响作一详细研究。同时,指出了一些总成必须具备的功能和从结构上改进汽车某些性能的途径。
