教学反思作为教师成长的有效途径,已经成为教师生活的一个重要内容。在反思过程中,教师会不断更新教学观念,调整教学行为,更好地促进幼儿的健康发展。我们经常听到幼儿园教师这样抱怨:“幼儿园每天有那么多事情要做,已经感到身心疲惫,还要求我们写反思日志,写教学计划,建立幼儿档案等等。我们不知写了有什么用,也不知道怎么写。最好提供一些现成的指导,告诉我们怎么做。”这说明幼儿教师是被迫进行教学反思的,还没有意识到这样做的意义,看不到这样做给自己的专业发展带来的好处。
