慢性酒精中毒神经病(CAND)患者30例均为男性,年龄31～63岁,平均43.9岁,根据病情分为戒断综合征18例,于入院后戒酒80h 内出现震颤、抽搐、谵妄、出汗、心动过速等植物神经症状者,CAND 缓解期无症状者12例。戒断综合征中18例分戒断时和经治疗戒断症状消失后缓解期2次采取血液标本。健康者50例(均男性)作为正常对照组,年龄30～61岁,平均年龄42.8岁。1.CAND 患者血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、铜锌 SOD、锰 SOD、丙二醛 MDA 含量
Thirty patients with chronic alcoholism (CAND) were male, aged from 31 to 63 years (average 43.9 years).
