7月22日-23日,省劳动保障厅在莆田召开全省上半年劳动保障形势分析会暨机关效能建设会议,省厅王克益厅长、钟维平副厅长、李华副厅长出席会议,全省九个设区市劳动保障局局长、纪检监察负责人、办公室主任和省厅有关处室领导约30多人参加了会议。会议传达贯彻了全国医疗保险专题座谈会和全省机关效能建设会议精神,总结了上半年我省劳动保障工作情况,分析了当前我省劳动保障工作面临的形势,研究部署了下半年工作。会议认为,上半年我省劳动保障工作基本完成了序时进度。截止6月底,全省在中心的国有企业下岗职工仅剩2305人;全省参加养老保险职工达211.1万名,比去年末增长14.97%,征缴养老保险费19.6亿元,比去年同期增收2.38亿元,增长13.8%;支出养老金22亿元,及时足额为59.4万名企业离退休人员发放养老金:参加失业保险职工达249.3万人,
