目的:分析社区糖尿病患者进行社区治疗和强化管理的疗效。方法:将100例纳入我社区管理和治疗的糖尿病患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组实施常规治疗和管理;观察组实施社区治疗和强化管理,比较两组患者血糖控制情况、疾病知晓率以及自我管理效果。结果:观察组患者血糖情况显著优于对照组;观察组对于疾病相关知识了解程度明显高于对照组;观察组患者自我管理控制能力显著优于对照组。结论:加强社区糖尿病患者的系统化治疗和管理可以提高患者对于疾病相关知识的认知力,有效控制血糖,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To analyze the efficacy of community treatment and intensive management in community diabetic patients. Methods: One hundred patients with diabetes mellitus who were managed and treated in our community were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated and managed routinely. Community-based treatment and intensive management were performed in the observation group. Blood glucose control and disease awareness were compared between the two groups Rate and self-management effect. Results: The blood sugar level in observation group was significantly better than that in control group. The knowledge level of disease-related knowledge in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. The self-management control ability in observation group was significantly better than that in control group. Conclusion: To strengthen the systematic treatment and management of diabetic patients in community can improve patients’ awareness of disease-related knowledge and effectively control blood sugar, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
