追求课堂教学质量与教学的有效性是每一位教师所面临的巨大挑战与重大课题,也是新时期教育改革创新的关键。在小学数学的教学过程中,教学有效性的缺失是急需解决的严重问题。教师应充分结合学生的认知规律、兴趣特点、年龄特征等情况,通过增加趣味性、创设情景、情感激励等多样方式激发学生学习兴趣,爱上数学。从而改变其枯燥乏味的内容,提高课堂教学的有效性和教学质量,培养学生的思维创新能力和探索能力。
The pursuit of classroom teaching quality and effectiveness of teaching is every teacher facing the enormous challenges and major issues, but also the key to education reform and innovation in the new era. In the teaching process of elementary mathematics, the lack of teaching effectiveness is a serious problem to be solved urgently. Teachers should fully integrate students ’cognitive rules, interest characteristics, age characteristics and other conditions to stimulate students’ interest in learning and fall in love with mathematics by increasing their interest, creating situations and stimulating emotions. Thereby changing its boring content, improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and teaching quality, cultivate students’ thinking ability of innovation and exploration.
