应用0.10~0.40kGy的60Coγ-射线对新鲜荔枝果实中的蒂蛀虫(ConopomorphasinensisBradley)幼虫进行辐射检疫处理研究判断辐照检疫处理的有效性是基于处理幼虫不能羽化为成虫作为标准概率分析结果表明,致使荔枝蒂蛀虫幼虫995%死亡的辐照剂量是0254kGy,95%置信区间是0220-0289kGy,辐照处理与低温(7℃)冷藏相结合,可提高荔枝蒂蛀虫的死亡率.对荔枝果实的营养成分分析结果表明,经020、025、030kGy辐照处理与对照组之间,其还原糖和维生素C含量无明显差异,而总酸度含量、贮藏期间坏果率则处理组比对照低60Coγ-射线既能杀死荔枝蒂蛀虫幼虫,达到检疫处理的目的,又有利于果实贮藏保鲜
