鞣酸软膏是治疗烫伤、褥疮、痔疮、湿疹及新生儿红臀的常用制剂。其通常制备方法是取鞣酸加甘油置水浴上加热溶介后加至基质中,此法由于甘油粘稠度大、鞣酸加入后不易分散,操作困难,花费时间多。为此我们采用溶媒转溶配制鞣酸软膏,根据鞣酸易溶于乙醇的特性,制备时将鞣酸加少量乙醇转溶后配制,克服了上述操作中的困难,使成品均匀细腻,现具体介绍
