上海师大附中着重对“教师是发展中的个体”的发展特征的研究。“发展型”教师的特征研究关注于教师专业成长中可持续的发展品质,发展型教师是指具有专业可持续发展特性的教师。相信所有的教师都具有发展的愿望,具有发展提高的潜力。发展型教师的发展性是可以激发或者可以培养的,学校需要实施培训以促进教师专业发展。优秀教师,或者取得显著教育教学成绩的教师,应该是发展型教师的典型代表。我校的课题采用问卷、个案调查等多种方式收集信息,定量与定性相结合,重视教师的实践反馈,采用理论与实践相结合的研究方法。
Shanghai Normal University attached high school focus on “teachers are the developing individual ” development characteristics. “Developmental ” Characteristics of Teachers Focus on the sustainable developmental qualities of teachers in professional growth. Developmental teachers refer to teachers with professional sustainable development characteristics. I believe all teachers have the desire for development, with the potential for development and improvement. The developmental nature of developmental teachers can be stimulated or nurtured, and schools need training to promote the professional development of teachers. Excellent teachers, or teachers who have made significant achievements in education and teaching, should be typical representatives of developmental teachers. My school’s topics using questionnaires, case studies and other means to collect information, quantitative and qualitative combination of emphasis on teachers’ practical feedback, using a combination of theory and practice research methods.
