21世纪国际竞争的六个特征《了望》周刊载文指出,新一轮的国际竞争始自20世纪后期,是在“全球经济一体化”和“知识经济”两股大潮继续向前推进的背景下发生的。展望这一轮的全球大角逐,可以总结出六个基本特征:一、21世纪各国之间综合国力的竞争,是在全球经济一体化和知识经济的背景下进行的,在这场竞争中,处于科技发展领先地位的发达国家居于优势地位。但另一方面,美国作为唯一的一个超级大国,自冷战后对国际事务的干预能力已大大下降,美国已经不能在世界范围内说一不二,失去了主宰世界的能力。
