培养高素质的人才,必须要有高素质的师资队伍。本文从四个方面分析了目前各高职院校师资队伍建设中普遍存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案和对策。
Training high-quality personnel, we must have high-quality teachers. This article analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teaching staff in all higher vocational colleges from four aspects at present, and puts forward corresponding solutions and countermeasures.
