本文通过分析目前职业技术教育现状,以零缺点质量管理理论为理论基础,探索构建一个科学的,能指导教学改革实践的教学质量管理体系。并通过对职业院校的具体个案来探析实施教学全面质量管理的相关问题,就如何借鉴零缺点质量管理的理论来指导职业技术教育质量管理进行了探讨。
Based on the current situation of vocational and technical education and based on the theory of zero defect quality management, this paper explores the construction of a scientific teaching quality management system that can guide the practice of teaching reform. And through the specific cases of vocational colleges to explore the implementation of teaching total quality management issues related to how to use the theory of zero defect management to guide the quality management of vocational and technical education were discussed.
