本文系统地分析了用旋转变压器进行相位控制的数字调速伺服系统的工作原理。通过调试、检测,列出了试验结果的具体数字,通过所能达到的技术指标表明:这种数字调速伺服系统的转速误差精度小于分千之一。这种数字调速伺服系统不但可以控制普通直流电机,还可以控制各种类型的宽调速直流电机;更可以组成数字——液压马达调速伺服系统,以满足较宽调速范围的要求。本文也指出了这种系统所存在的技术问题,如果能进一步解决旋转变压器相位控制的线性问题,提高测试手段,其转速误差精度还可进一步提高。文中图19幅,表16个。
This paper systematically analyzes the working principle of the digital speed servo system which uses the resolver to control the phase. Through debugging, testing, lists the specific figures of the test results, through the technical indicators that can be achieved show that: This digital servo speed servo system accuracy error less than one thousand. This digital servo system can not only control ordinary DC motor, but also can control various types of wide speed DC motor; more can be composed of digital - hydraulic motor speed servo system to meet the requirements of a wider speed range. This paper also points out the technical problems of this kind of system.
