神经内分泌癌比较少见，大部分发生在胃肠道。Feyrterf1969年提出胃肠道透明细胞是周围性内分泌细胞或劳分泌细胞。74年通过进一步的研究提出了APUD概念[1]。近年来，文献报告日益增多，本文报道的属于纵隔神经内分泌癌。患者男性，55岁，左腋下肿块4月，胸闷伴进食梗噎月余。
Neuroendocrine cancer is rare and most of it occurs in the gastrointestinal tract. Feyrterf proposed in 1969 that the clear cell of the gastrointestinal tract is a peripheral endocrine cell or a secretory cell. In 1994, the APUD concept was proposed through further research [1]. In recent years, there have been more and more reports in the literature. This article reports on neuroendocrine carcinomas of the mediastinum. The patient was a 55-year-old man with a left lower arm mass in April. Her chest tightness was associated with eating more than one month.
