目的 寻找准确、客观地评价核素治疗效果的方法。方法 采用99Tcm-MIBI和90Tcm-MDP显像方法检查72例经过89SrCl2和153Sm-EDTMP治疗后,影像改善的人数及疼痛改善的人数并进行比较。结果9mTc-MDP显像在治疗后第1、3、5、7个月改善的人数分别为14例、45例、56例、65例,与疼痛改善的人数差距较大,99Tcm-MIBI显像在第1、3、5、7个月改善的人数分别为49例、69例、71例、70例,与疼痛改善人数相符性较好。结论99Tcm-MIBI和99Tcm-MDP显像方法均可以客观评价同位素的治疗效果,但以99Tcm-MIBI显像的准确性高。
Objective To find an accurate and objective method to evaluate the effect of radionuclide therapy. Methods Totally 72 patients who underwent 89SrCl2 and 153Sm-EDTMP were examined by 99Tcm-MIBI and 90Tcm-MDP imaging. The number of patients with improvement of imaging and the number of pain improvement were compared and compared. Results The number of 9mTc-MDP imaging improved at 1, 3, 5, and 7 months after treatment was 14, 45, 56 and 65, respectively. The difference was statistically significant The number of patients who improved in the first, third, fifth and seventh months were 49, 69, 71 and 70, respectively, which were in good agreement with the number of pain improvement. Conclusion Both 99Tcm-MIBI and 99Tcm-MDP imaging can objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of isotope. However, the accuracy of 99Tcm-MIBI imaging is high.
