急性心肌梗塞是造成中年以上患者死亡的一种常见疾病。近年来,国内有关本病的报道日益增多,太原地区发病数亦逐渐增高。目前,由于治疗方法的进展其病死率虽已明显降低,但预后仍较为严重。本文收集我院1963～1980年急性心肌梗塞住院患者188例,着重将其住院期间的预后予以分析和讨论,以期对本病判断预后和指导治疗有所助益。

This article collected 188 cases of hospitalized patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from 1963 to 1980, focusing on the prognosis of their hospitalization be analyzed and discussed in order to determine the prognosis of this disease and guidance and treatment is helpful.
